Magnetized Markets has an experienced and tested management team.  Drawing on rich and varied backgrounds they have the knowledge, skills, networks and experience to deliver innovative business solutions that work in the real world.  The Leadership Team is supported by an experienced advisory board. The leadership team, and their areas of responsibility, are as follows:

Mark is responsible for ensuring our users have a great experience.  This ranges from hands on management of user support, to client implementations to delivery of administrator training.  Mark comes from a strong background in telecommunications where he managed the development and launch of industry first product bundles, winning several internal awards.  He has a Masters in Management.

Julianne is responsible for ensuring our business processes continue to evolve with our world class technology platforms, and clients are supported and guided through an effective change and integration journey. Julianne has extensive experience at Senior Management level implementing and managing enterprise systems and change in complex corporate environments.

Rob is responsible for all things technology.  This ranges from ensuring a world class technology infrastructure, to system maintenance, to ongoing development of cool new features.  He has been involved in a number of start-ups, and was formerly the National General Manager of a major online services and telecommunications company.

David is responsible ensuring our corporate affairs are always in order.  David has extensive senior management experience as operations manager for a number of large energy and utility organisations.  David has trade qualifications and a Masters in Management.

James is responsible for solution design, commercial strategy and management. James draws on significant personal experience across vendor management, professional services sourcing and consulting.  He has significant experience in senior management and has been part of managing and growing some great businesses.
